Widgets (messaging apps, bots)
Churni allows you to embed widgets in your survey, we currently support these apps:
- Intercom
- Crisp
- Drift

Installing a widget
- Go to the Churni integrations
- Toggle the desired widget
- You will be asked to enter your app_id
